So many are still struggling. Spring is a time when we get out and till the soil. Maybe it’s time we did that for ourselves as well. That includes asking for help!
Until the next time,

The COVID-19 Pandemic is causing widespread anxiety on a global scale. My belief is this is actually an exciting time for us as a species. It’s an invitation for us to get raw, to be real, in ways we have buried deep within.
This is an opportunity for us to go deeper, to rediscover a part of our humanity we have been distracted from. We are being invited to connect, with ourself, and others, on a new level.
I want know what your experience is? How are you engaging the practice of social distancing…which is not meant to be social isolation.
In this video I express where I am and I am encouraging you to leave your comments on what you’re experiencing. Your truth…nothing more… or less.
Will you join me in peeling off the layers?
Every now and then we need to shake up the questions we ask ourself. Like everything else, our questions can become habituated. In this week’s Tuesday’s Truth I explore the invitation extended to me to make a small change to a question I frequently ask myself.
Until the next time!

I say it all the time. Words are matter in the realm of sound. What we say, and how we speak to ourself, makes a huge difference.
In a car ride the other day a friend and I were discussing the difference between saying I AM vs Am I. In that conversation I realized one was internally referenced and one is externally referenced. Watch the video to find out more.
Questions are powerful tools, if you understand how it relates to your underlying intention and thinking process.
A great first step is to own if you’re asking questions based on curiosity, or with an outcome in mind?
Until the next time!

What better time to do an internal spring clean. Air lies in the fourth chakra, and, is about our beliefs, values and attitudes. Spring is the perfect time to engage a different breath and the best one to begin with is air. It invites us to shift/change our current beliefs, values and attitudes and consider, “Who else do I have the potential to become if?”
Watch the accompanying video to learn how to engage the air breath. Happy spring!
Engage your Curiosity
With each breath you are given an invitation to begin again. Are you ready AND willing to listen to the call from deep within?
If YES…
Sometimes we need gentle reminders to live with intention.
