I’m really looking forward to engaging with @itsvantepoems on Sunday at 8:00 PM.
We will do a deep dive into ‘The Leader Within’, the new chapter of my upcoming book; Emerge: Be the Unmistakable Leader in Your Field co-authored with Brian Tracy.

This podcast has been two years in the making. Meaning I recorded it two years ago and only just had the impulse to release it. As I re-listened during the editing process I realized it’s timeless. It is raw and provocative, awakening questions we often want to run and hide from.
What does it mean to penetrate your capital S SELF? To move beyond the conversation at an environmental level and move it up to the level of connection? This is what my guest Ruben Irons and I explore. I work with men on a one-on-one basis and part of group program experiences. Those who have, and continue to engage, are the ones who are READY and WILLING, looking to relax into a new way of BEING.
What does it mean when we choose to unplug from a community and/or process of BEING?
Sometimes we don’t know why we make the choices we make in the moment and can only see the intelligence once we come out on the other side. It becomes a question of, am I willing to trust that in making ‘this’ choice I will take mySELF where I need to go?
In this InConversation we discuss the intelligence unplugging and it’s relationship to isolation and, what it means to surrender to ourselves in the company of others.
I was thrilled to engage with my friend and colleague Cathy Saunders, President of Choice Point Living Consulting Inc.
In this episode of InConversation I will be exploring the many facets in which shame shows up. It presents in every conversation; it’s in bed with us with our partners; it impacts how we engage with our children; how we interact with those we work or play with.
My belief is shame is the underlying, hidden conversation, that goes on inside of us that presents superficially as anger, frustration, annoyance, and guilt, and is driver of the bus that shapes how we engage in any given moment when we are not aware and awake to ourselves.
This, is THE fundamental conversation! And I know this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to engage in this conversation with Susan Weeks.

Engage your Curiosity
With each breath you are given an invitation to begin again. Are you ready AND willing to listen to the call from deep within?
If YES…
Sometimes we need gentle reminders to live with intention.
