We trust our body to digest the food we eat. Are you willing to consider it can also digest information?
Our hunger is often a murmur of a call for ‘something’ we hunger for that will shift how we engage our life. Often, beyond our awareness, food is used as the distraction from what is moving from deep within. This conversation is going to focus on a different kind of hunger. One that calls us to move in a new direction, make a different choice, and, to feed ourselves beyond the food we put in our mouth.
In this conversation you will be invited to:
- Discover how our bodies process information.
- Learn how to relax into the feelings/sensations that move within.
- Practice a new way of engaging the information that presents from deep within.
