From External Referencing to Internal Referencing
Most of us live in a highly externally referenced world. We look to others for validation, affirmation, and affection. Often, we are unaware how much of our life is determined by how someone else responds (or doesn’t respond) to us.
It is truly liberating to reclaim our experiences, sensations and choices, and begin to move forward with trust and commitment.
The gateway for living life fully
We will talk about your life, your work and your family. We will use a framework of inquiry, for you to get curious about, bump up against, and explore your existing beliefs, values and attitudes.
One-to-one coaching sessions are designed for you to see the genius of the strategies, habits and patterns you created to survive. You will also come to know that everything that moves inside of you is your gateway to living your life fully.
Change through the Core Guidance Realignment Process™
- Cellular Identification ( a way to learn to understand the cues your body provides).
- Engagement (a process that invites you to relax into, process and metabolize the information that lives deep within, discover the power and vibration of your words as well as the use of breath to invite change).
- Capacity Building (learn to trust your SELF).
Our Coaching Relationship typically includes:
- Guided coaching sessions for a Six (6) month period.
- LeaderSELF Empowerment™ CODE Model Coaching™ Sessions 90 minutes to 2 hours in length that provide the space for deeper layers of exploration.
- A 10 day internal reflection writing/vido exercise (optional)
- Use of Marco Polo app to stay connected between sessions.
- A copy of my book Breath Sensations Words
- Access to audio and video files, templates, and journal prompts
- Based on what presents, books, audio files, CD’s and/or articles may be suggested to support your journey.
